Joram is admitted as Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg and as Rechtsanwalt in Germany.
Before starting his professional career 2001 in Luxembourg, Joram
worked as assistant at the Constitutional Court of Portugal, Lisbon and
at the chair of Prof Dr. Gerhard Robbers at the University of Trier.
Joram studied in Germany, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
During his studies he followed extensive courses on French, English,
Russian and Portuguese law and terminology.
